About Me
I have always been inspired by the beauty and resilience of the human spirit. After completing my undergraduate degree in Psychology In 2010, I lived and worked in West Africa and Colombia. My encounters with the rich cultures and magic of these wild places opened up new worlds for me and inspired me to be of service. I returned home and went to law school with the intention of using legal tools to protect the integrity of communities & ecosystems.
Early on this path, however, I felt called to focus my energy on creating sanctuary for the soul in relationship rather than through the legal system. I returned to my foundation in psychology & outdoor leadership development and completed my Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology.
I have since worked both in person (nature-based and office-based) and by phone/online with individuals with a range of backgrounds, resources and challenges. These include refugees, youth and students, business leaders, athletes, activists and artists. I enjoy working with anyone that is motivated to live a life with more authenticity, joy, freedom, meaning, service, creativity, and love.
I added coaching services to my therapeutic offering after enjoying my work with clients that had recovered to or started our work at a healthy and high-functioning baseline.
