I have worked with clients through grief, trauma, relationship issues, sexuality, and challenges that show up as depression, anxiety, chronic pain and fatigue, burnout, and obsessive thinking.

Individual coaching sessions

I have worked with business leaders, activists, and artists to harness their potential, work through challenges, complete meaningful projects and carve out fulfilling careers.

Fees

$150/55 minutes or $220/85 minutes

Please inquire about retainers for more flexible working relationships.

As an RCC, my counselling services are covered by most insurance providers and other funders that include counselling services in their coverage.
